Alex Roche - Classical Guitar

Alex Roche is a multi-prizewinning classical guitarist/arranger and composer who has performed in top concert halls across the UK. He has given solo recitals at St.Martin-in-the-Fields, St.James’s Piccadilly, Blackheath Halls as well as internationally in the USA, Canada, Taiwan and the Cayman Islands.

This exciting programme explores how music can depict landscape, whether imitating sounds in nature or representing the emotion one experiences when confronted with a beautiful vista! It will be a round the world tour exploring music from places such as, Spain, Brazil, The United States and of course… Wotton!

You can expect to hear some well loved classical guitar favourites such as Isaac Albeniz’s ‘Asturias’, as well as popular song arrangements and original compositions. Be sure not to miss out!
